How long does my order take to ship?

in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday or sunday, your order will ship out on Monday. items will ship via UPS or usps.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Our items are available to ship anywhere in the U.S. and Canada

If you have another international need, please contact us and we can discuss options for getting our gear to you. We will always do our best to get our products out wherever they are wanted.

What is your return policy? 

We will accept returns if you are unhappy with your product for any reason. Please return your item within 30 days. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email us and we will provide you with a return shipping address. If you simply need an exchange, we will send that out to you with no additional shipping charge.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at info@wineweather.co with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color (if available).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost.
